Partnership formed between Survival Equipment Services and Task Aerospace, Inc. (Task)

Survival Equipment Services (SES) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Task Aerospace, Inc. to extend their service & maintenance capabilities of ejection seats to include American type ACES, SIIIS, ESCAPAC, NORTHROP seats alongside the full line of Martin-Baker ejection seats.

This well-respected Corporation specialises in designing, developing & testing of pyrotechnics systems and subsystems, ejection seats, and Aircrew Life Support Equipment, supporting the US and Foreign Governments as well as private operators of ejection seat equipped aircraft.

Task brings to this agreement a 30+ year history of technical knowledge in ejection seats and training and are certified by the US Government through US Air Force training. As leaders in aircrew egress systems and experts in CAD/PAD, they bring a level of expertise and unsurpassed Ejection Seat engineering expertise to the relationship.

SES has an established reputation in maintaining Martin Baker ejection seats that is recognised by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as well as the UK MOD for its expertise. Together they extend their worldwide capabilities in ejection seat assessment, repair and rework inclusion of parachute systems and survival equipment.

Task will be the North American representative for SES serving Martin Baker seats supporting its local customers, whilst SES will offer Task capabilities to its international operators of other-than MB seats.

Together, SES and Task will survey, report, remove seats and disarm, fully service and overhaul seats and offer customers a comprehensive service incorporating spare parts, reverse engineering, CAD/PAD expertise, survival equipment expertise and training. This partnership enhances their global technical expertise and in combining technical specialisms, they ultimately offer their customers a greater choice.
